The airport, if I understand it correctly, is used to take a trip and to reach a location close to the destination. The means of transport is the plane. The service is rather an airport service and means to efficiently dismiss travelers and their luggage. So that they reach their destinations in a set. It is the service of the port, not the service of the state. Of course it is very good if they are nice people. But they must be primarily focused on work and effective. Otherwise unpleasant situations happen. And not everyone focusing their attention on tasks, from the good performance of which, the lives of many people can depend on, can still keep some weather and find the strength to be nice.
For me, they should be above all professional.
Here, nothing unpleasant happened to me, I was never treated unprofessional and I used the port services many times.
If I want to be treated nice, I dress nicely and go to the philharmonic, theater and restaurant. He laughs and makes friends.
Please, this is only because I am irritated by the opinions of people who focus on other aspects of the journey than its efficiency and safety. They will not always prepare well for her. And then they are disappointed that someone treated them on business.
I understand them, but I advise that they go to places where people go to feel good and make friends, they will be very happy. But this is not here. Here, everyone should care about security, reliability, service efficiency and comfort. Me, as a passenger, it also depends on it.
