Demir was quite average in terms of their service. I found their website, ofisim.de, to be easy to navigate and place an order. However, the delivery was delayed, and the items arrived in poor condition. The customer service was not very responsive, and I had difficulty getting my issues resolved. Overall, I was not impressed with my experience.
