Also useful, they are not afraid to share because as I always say, the great chefs are not afraid to explain the recipes on TV. They teach recipes and illustrate the steps, but very few learn to cook just as well. Because passion, experience and the sense of smell are not taught. Nor instinct.
This is why you shouldn't be afraid to share what you know.
