I've had a mixed experience with Uniband. While their product quality is good, I've had some issues with the customer support. It took a while for them to respond to my queries and resolve the problem. However, when the issue was finally resolved, they offered compensation for the inconvenience. Overall, I would say Uniband is an average company with room for improvement.
