I have been a customer of D-facto motion gmbh for the past few months and I must say that their service is average. The quality of their products is decent, but their customer support needs improvement. I have had a few issues with my orders and it took them quite some time to resolve them. However, once the issues were resolved, I was satisfied with the outcome.
