I had an average experience with Virtual Assistant Nexus. While their services were efficient, I felt that the communication could have been better. The website was easy to navigate and there were plenty of options to choose from. However, there were a few instances where I had to follow up multiple times before getting a response. Overall, the experience was satisfactory.
