After having a wonderful meal at Russell's in September, we went back to celebrate New Year's Eve. This time around, we were disappointed by the unusually small portions for three of the four courses. The highlight of the meal was the dessert. Our seabass lacked flavor and my portion was slightly underdone. Free champagne in small glasses was served at 9 p.m. We looked forward to dinner entertainment, however, it was as subpar as the meal.
