I recently got hardwood flooring installed in my house from Hootie Hardwood, INC. I must say that I am not completely satisfied with the experience. The product quality was not up to the mark, and I faced some issues during the installation process. The customer service was also lacking in terms of responsiveness. My overall experience was average and I expected better.
