I had an average experience with The Merrill Bartlett Group, New Hampshire. The customer service was satisfactory, but nothing exceptional. The website, mbgre.com, was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information. However, I felt that the company could have been more responsive to my inquiries. Overall, it was an okay experience.
