I've been a customer of JFE for a while now, and I have to say their service is average. The website is user-friendly, but I sometimes face difficulties finding specific products. The customer service is responsive, but I've had a few instances where my queries were not fully resolved. Overall, JFE is an okay company, but there's room for improvement.
