I had an average experience studying at Institut Rakyat. The instructors were knowledgeable, but the coursework felt a bit too challenging at times. The staff was helpful, but the response time to queries could have been faster. The facilities were adequate, though some improvements could be made. Overall, it was a decent institution, but I believe there is room for improvement.
