I watched for 4 hours as doctors, nurses and other...

I watched for 4 hours as doctors, nurses and other staff walk in and out of the ER room and use the hand sanitizer..... only issue is it was empty the entire time! Yet every time they still pretended to to get it and rub their hands together.
