Marketing & design are not really good at what they do. Their website, chasingkites.com, is poorly designed and lacks creativity. I expected more from them, but they fell short. Their customer service is also subpar. It took them forever to respond to my inquiries and when they finally did, they were not helpful at all. Overall, I would not recommend Marketing & design.
