Just called about an appointment to confirm and whoever picked up the phone 1 of the rudest reception i ever had to deal with.Picked phone up and yelled "hold".I work in health care I know sometimes can be tough specially around holidays but if u cant deal with it change job.her voice was so annoyed and office opened 25 mins ago.Didnt hear what ahe was asking and he yelled it for 2nd time and hang up on me after she confirmed the time.
