There's a reason every review here is 5 stars... Pilates on 3rd is one of those special places you always look forward to visiting. Both the teaching staff and the clientele are the best of North Florida - and the studio itself has a great vibe. I've never experienced a class that was the same as the last. They are always challenging AND fun. The instructors know what they're talking about, and I think I've learned more about human anatomy from them than I ever did in four years of college. If you're on the fence about trying this place out, just go. You'll be amazed at how much fun pilates can be.
