I had a satisfactory experience with Unigroup Relocation. The movers were punctual and handled the packing and moving process efficiently. However, there were a few minor damages to some of my items. The customer service was responsive in addressing my concerns and offered compensation for the damages. While it wasn't a perfect experience, it was still a decent option for my move.
