I have been a customer of Havana group for several years now, and I must say that their services are average at best. While their products are of decent quality, their customer service leaves much to be desired. There have been multiple instances where I have had to wait for an extended period of time before receiving any assistance. Additionally, their website is not user-friendly and can be quite frustrating to navigate. Overall, I would rate my experience with Havana group as average.
