I was very happy with my car purchase at the time of my purchase.. Now that this dealership has no regard to it's customer, I'm Very disappointed that no one would help me with the Registration and Title that they missed up with the wrong color on the Tile and Registration. I was told that they would fix this 3 Weeks ago with no results.
Very unprofessional.. Waited on hold for 20 minutes for a manager, after hanging up the phone and calling back, I was told a manager is unavailable and in a meeting.. Now waiting for a manager to call me back. I doubt that I will receive a call back. They are just like most car dealerships, sell you a Vehicle and don't care about anything else.
I hope that someone can help me get my paper work fixed so it matches the color of my car that is BLACK NOT YELLOW..
I don't understand how something so simple has become so difficult!!
