I recently had the opportunity to work with Austin Seal Company and overall, my experience was fairly average. 🤷‍♂️ While their website is informative and easy to navigate, I found their customer service to be slightly lacking. The response time to my inquiries was not as prompt as I had anticipated. However, the quality of their products was satisfactory and met my expectations. The staff seemed knowledgeable and helpful, although I wished they were more attentive to my specific needs. 💼💭 It would be great if they could work on improving their communication and ensuring a more personalized customer experience. Nevertheless, they delivered the products on time and I appreciate their efficiency in that aspect. Overall, my experience with Austin Seal Company was just average.
