I have been a customer of Id media for a few years...

I have been a customer of Id media for a few years now and I must say that their services are average. I appreciate their prompt responses to inquiries and the quality of their work. However, there have been instances where they have failed to meet deadlines and the communication could be improved. Overall, I would rate them as an average company.
