We moved into a newly built housing association a little over a year ago. The garage door in the housing association was delivered and installed by Rosing.

Since moving in, we have had problems with the garage door and the dialogue with Rosing. The engine that came with the gate runs hot, with the result that the gate is either wide open, or that residents do not get in or out of the garage. Since moving in, we have had several burglaries in the garage, and in addition to residents having bicycles and belongings stolen from stalls in the car park - several cars have been damaged. We should not say that there is a direct connection between the damaged gate, but that it is now known that the gate to the garage facility is often open - has probably not helped.

The board of the housing association has repeatedly raised the issue of Rosing, without success. We residents experience that Rosing does not follow up on its obligations, and the board struggles with the times Rosing actually shows up; this happens at a different time than agreed, and that the error is not rectified.

Our tip when it comes to garage door suppliers: Choose someone other than Rosing.
