I had a mixed experience with Thirsty Thoughts. While their product selection is impressive and the website is easy to navigate, their customer service left much to be desired. I had an issue with my order and it took several attempts to get a response. However, once they did respond, they were able to resolve the issue satisfactorily. Overall, an average experience.
