I took my grandmother here while on vacation, and I was slightly worried prior to taking her because there were so many bad reviews of this hospital- however- I am very happy that we went to PSMC because they delivered the highest quality of care that I ve ever seen from medical professionals. The Staff- especially Dr. John Wisnieski, RN Molly, Dr. Flemming, Dr. Bartells, Kent the RN/Case Manager, RN Phil, RN Natalya - as well as many other staff were extremely attentive, personable, caring, and thorough. Every single staff member kept us informed and gave my grandma explanations, helpful metaphors and easy to understand descriptions to help her learn more about what was going on with her body. They made her feel incredibly comfortable during this stressful situation. Thank you to all the staff there. You truly do amazing work and we are so grateful that you took such good care of my grandma.
