Painfully slow to setup (many months, during which full fees are charged), and painfully slow responses to emails (weeks to months). Not at all good enough for the fees they charge. Am moving to a different provider.

They did offer a refund on some fees as an apology, but after speaking to someone close to me I know who has also gone with Dentons they are also experiencing extreme response times to their emails.

Also, they don't have access to all of Fidelities investment opportunities as they are stuck on "their old system". If using Dentons, seek clarity on this.
