Took a wrong turn into Kings Island by accident and had the worst customer experience I have had in a LONG time. Refused to simply let you turn around and instead force you to pay $20 to enter the parking lot. Their solution is to give you a voucher to give to their security desk. I had to drive through their parking lot, find security, fill out paperwork (including my license plate number and a signature!?) just to get the money back that they took from me for no reason. Kings Island has figured out how to make this experience as inconvenient as humanly possible. They wasted 20+ minutes of my time that I will never get back. They just use it as an excuse to steal from people and get an extra buck. I will make sure never to bring my family here.
