Have been in a dispute with them for almost 2 years over their failure to manufacture to specs!

I had their Doors and Windows installed in 2023, and have been fighting with them ever since. In the same room, they manufactured our Front Door (All Glass), and a 6-panel sliding door, AT TWO DIFFERENT HEIGHTHS. Since the ceiling is even, this means that the floor had to be installed at the lower of the two doors, which totally screwed with the threshold of the shorter doors (the sliders). Have been trying to get them to fix this, but they keep stonewalling.
