Where should I start? Terrible, awful, horrible and each other word that falls into those categories. Perhaps I'm used to a certain degree of professionalism and respect that employees in this establishment haven't been trained on. The restaurant service is equally as bad. From seating, or lack thereof, to the amount of time it took to waive someone down to ask for a menu. Then between the time it took for the food to arrive, were talking a cold dish and a vegetarian burger, they came out at least 15 minutes after one another. They are unwilling to accommodate a person with a physical handicap. My room doesn't have a full shower, I'm talking about a large room with a toilet, a showerhead and a sink*handle fell off of that as well*, there is nothing to separate the water from the rest of the room: no curtain, no glass, no partition, nothing. I called regarding essentially having a wet room as opposed to a traditional bathroom and was told that is the only type of restroom they have unless I upgraded to a suite. I clearly was misinformed and verified that by checking the website. It's been issue after issue and regret wasting my money on such a poor excuse for a hotel.
