We booked a vacation package for Sept in Feb. We canceled due to Covid on 07/03/2020. I have not received a refund and this is going on 6 weeks. We have called multiple times to find out when our refund is going to be processed. We paid for our vacation IN FULL in good faith in February.

The customer service representative said we could cancel at any time so when we found out we would need to quarantine 2 weeks after traveling to FL I called and canceled on 07/03/20 and I still do not have a refund. I call customer service every couple weeks only to be told that refunds are being processed in the order they are received. More than a month for a refund?
I would really rather not get my bank involved but if I cant get some answers I will because they have more than $1K of my money. This is an unreasonable amount of time to process and I feel like they are just stalling. There is no specific refund policy on their website that I can even find.
