I was told the vehicle had an auto start, when I got to the dealership it did not have an auto start. This was after a 3 1/2 hr drive. The finance officer looked up the Auto start and said it was $250 at Best Buy and have me a deduction for the auto start. Turns out he was not being truthful, he looked up the auto start for a 2010-2013.
The dealership sent me a copy of the memorandum title, BMV only accepts the original.
