Full of Hassle and disrespect toward potential tenants.
Right after we paid the initial deposit, they ask for our combined money in the banks as well as our guarantor's bank statement. If your guarantor is employed they even ask for guarantor's boss reference letter. Since it just a one year contract to rent a 4 bedroom house and all of us have shown our financial evidence (bank statements which all have sufficient fund). Who do they think they are asking for such questions?
I would recommend to avoid this kind of time wasters, their paper work system is redundant.
Even KFC has better service.
