Rude management staff. I pullled over, for a moment, and they had to send their security staff out to tell me I'm in a reserved spot. Several other spots available, mind you, and again, I was there for a moment and no BIG RUSH for those empty spots. Petty company. I can imagine how they treat their patients. 0 stars if I could.
