I had a mixed experience with A.e. scott designs. While their website was easy to use and had some great products, the customer service was lacking. It took a while for them to respond to my inquiry, and when they finally did, the response was not very helpful. However, once I placed my order, the shipping was fast, and the products were of good quality. Overall, I would say it was an average experience.
