I am writing this review to express my disappointment with Multiple Systems, Inc. Their website navigation is smooth, but their customer service is utterly disappointing. It took them ages to respond to my queries, and even when they did, their solutions were not up to the mark. I expected better support from such a reputed company. Overall, my experience with Multiple Systems, Inc. has been quite poor.
