My service consultant was Jonathan D. He was very knowledgeable about my car, a 2012 Mustang. He explained everything that was found to be a problem with my car. And he explained what they were going to do to repair my vehicle. I have been taking my car here since I bought it. And I bought it from Bob Tomes Ford in 2013.
I recommend this place and I especially recommend Jonathan D. He is an excellent guy who does his job with integrity.
