I recently had a chance to work with Innovative Industrial Solutions (IIS) and overall, I had an average experience. The company provided decent service and their products were of satisfactory quality. However, I felt that their customer support could have been better. It took them quite a while to respond to my queries and I had to follow up multiple times. This made the whole process a bit frustrating. However, I must say that their team was knowledgeable and professional when it came to handling my specific needs. Overall, I would rate Innovative Industrial Solutions as average.
