The company Vertex Customer Solutions India Private Limited is just average. I have been working here for a year now and I can say that it is not the best place to work. The management does not value the employees' opinions and the work-life balance is terrible. The salary is decent, but it is not worth the stress and long hours. Overall, I would rate this company as average.
