Terrible communication , waiting over 9 weeks on p...

Terrible communication , waiting over 9 weeks on parts so my doors can lock, They aren t proactive in keeping customers in the loop , I have to call weekly and still don t get an update. And they don t seem to care that they have no information to offer!

While waiting on these parts i had a contractor bust the glass on the door, they had to come out twice over two weeks to get the measurements for the glass. I ordered it and now am waiting on it too... wish my realtor wouldn t have referred them to me - bummed over this experience
