I had a mixed experience with 3d wines ltd. While the selection of wines was good and the website was easy to navigate, I encountered some issues with the delivery. One of the bottles arrived broken, and it took a while to get a replacement. The customer service was responsive, but it was still an inconvenience. Overall, I would say it was an average experience. I hope they improve their packaging and delivery process in the future.
