I was added to a waiting list to let me know when one.of their properties was ready for viewing. The add said coming soon still being cleaned. I was notified yesterday that the property was ready to be viewed. I went to view it and it was in no shape for someone to move into. There was mold all around the bathtub and mold on the bathroom ceiling. The basement was disgusting and still had items from past people on the floor. The kitchen cabinets had a nasty odor to them. With very old paper covering on them. The house has very old paint (painting a house is normally the first thing a company does). The backyard had all types of junk in the long weeds between the two storage sheds. Both storage sheds had things in them and were locked with padlock. I called the office while I was at the property but they were closed for the day. I left a voicemail telling them I am interested in the property because it is a perfect size and location for me but I had a few questions before I applied for it. No one ever returned my message. I called them again while on a break from work the secretary transferred me to a person named David. He did not answer so I left a message saying pretty much the same thing as the one I left on the main line the day before. I td him when I would be available to answer the phone with my work schedule. When I got off I still hadn't heard back so I called again because all this waiting I'm doing is giving people time to get applications in before me. When I told the secretary I never heard anything back her response was she is very busy today and will get back with you. I said but.you transferred me to a man earlier so did you transfer me to the wrong person. She says no I didn't. So since I wasnt getting anywhere with phone calls I decided I would go to the office. When I arrived at the address that google gives you for this company it is an empty house with a for sale sign in front of it. And to top it of the sogn is for a whole different company. If I'm having this much trouble ready I'm pretty sure I don't want to do business with this company!!!
