I have been a customer of Gta for many years and I must say, their service is average. It's not great, but it's not terrible either. The website is easy to navigate and they have a good selection of products. However, the customer support can be slow at times and the shipping can take longer than expected. Overall, I would give them a 3 out of 5 stars.
