My experience with Inventa has been average at best. The products are decent, but I was expecting more from a reputed company like this. The customer service was not very helpful and their response time was quite slow. The website is easy to navigate, but the overall shopping experience was not as smooth as I had hoped. I don't think I'll be purchasing from Inventa again.
