😊💇‍♀️ I visited Elgin Charles Salon last month and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the salon had a great vibe. The hairdresser did an amazing job on my hair and I received so many compliments. I will definitely be returning to this salon in the future.
