I've been a resident of this community for a few years now and I have to say the North Ridge Est Hm Owners Association does an amazing job. The management team is friendly and approachable, always ready to help with any concerns. The neighborhood is peaceful, clean, and well-maintained. The association organizes fun events for the residents and it's great to see everyone come together. I would rate the association as excellent.
