I have been a customer of Prime ticket inc for several years, and I must say that their service is just average. While their website is user-friendly and they have a good selection of tickets, I often find their prices to be a bit high. The customer service is also hit or miss, with some representatives being helpful and others not so much. Overall, I think there is room for improvement.
