I've had a mixed experience with Urswim. While the quality of the swimming lessons is good, the organization and communication could be improved. The instructor is knowledgeable and experienced, but there have been times where scheduling issues occurred. Overall, I have benefited from the lessons, but just a few minor improvements could make it a great experience.
