Last month I hosted a group of 24 friends and family for a golf outing and wedding rehearsal dinner. Brian Gara and his pro shop staff set up the golf and everyone was treated to a first class event. Carts were waiting with the guests name on them, and the outside service guys made everyone feel welcome. The course was in perfect condition. Emily helped us with all the details in planning the dinner. From menu selection to organizing the event, she orchestrated a sumptuous affair. The food was perfect! Kudos to the chef and his team. The sunset on the veranda was a fitting climax to a most excellent day.
