A loyal customer of Wempe in Hamburg (Jungfernstieg), I bought an expensive watch at their London store after Christmas 2018. The whole experience was impeccable. The staff is very knowledgeable, really friendly, attentative and switched on (details that make a difference, for instance, we were offered that the Wempe-bag can be put into a neutral bag without logo after we said we had not finished our shopping tour for the day).
