The product I received from Reading Trophy & Shirt was decent. The trophy design was nice, but the overall quality was just average. It seemed a bit flimsy and lacked the sturdiness I was expecting. However, the customer service was responsive and helpful. The delivery was also prompt. Overall, an okay experience.
