I have been a customer at Tecmel for several years now, and I can confidently say that their service is average. While they have a good range of products, the quality can be hit or miss. Sometimes I get great items that last a long time, but other times I receive products that break within weeks. The customer service is also just average. They are responsive, but not overly helpful. Overall, I would give them a 3-star rating.
