This company's support packages are absolutely awf...

This company's support packages are absolutely awful and wouldn't recommend them to anybody. Their support team are rude on the phone, as for the sales team well they are just as bad, they are just unprofessional. I'm so glad we no longer have to deal with Ergo - good riddance.
